I Do Not Understand But I See The Truth

I do not understand but I see the truth
Why my tornadoes are resting now
And gone back to their hazy groove
Of eerie sleepiness,
And my bright spheres now dancing
Like freaky circles upon the horizons.

Oh yes, now I understand
I will not drink deep to forget my troubles
But sleep deep to uncover the ease
For our ancestors taught us these
They taught us how to go beyond the edges
Into deeps of the forests of the nights
To unearth the herbs that cure our troubles
When we awake with the morning rising
And rediscover ourselves -
Our rebirth.

The Forest is Muma and Papa to many, they have been hurt by this modern age.
It is good to read that you have made them live again, Yours Ian.T

.
There are a million reasons to believe in yourself,
So find more reasons to believe in others..

Thanks for coming around. Though the forest is been eaten up
by the modern age, to some of us, it will always be alive.

What I love most about POETS is how they write SADNESS with SUNSHINE on their face, caption RAIN with FALLEN EMBERS and paint TEARS using the colours of WATERFALLS:lol

Unless our children become self aware the herbs of our grandparent will be unknown to them as this world takes away the natural way to heal via
the leaves of the land

Nice to have you around and thanks for the read. I apologies for taking long to reply.
I totally agree with your point. Fortunately or rather unfortunately,
in our part (villages), accessibility to proper modern healthcare is still a challenge.
so we have long grown to take solace in the herbs of the forest as did our ancestors.

respects.
