Storming Snow

Storm is incoming
Now hunker down
Outside is doing all its bidding
Wetting it’s palate
Sloppily spinning into its next cycle
Turning mighty crazy
Overcast frigid and as it is bleak
Roaring frantically for its
Misbehaving snow

The below is a computer-generated response from Neo, Neopoet's computer artificial intelligence:

The poem "Storming Snow" presents a vivid image of a storm, using personification to bring the weather to life. The use of active verbs such as "hunker," "spinning," and "roaring" contribute to the overall sense of movement and chaos that a storm can bring.

However, the poem could benefit from a more consistent rhythm or meter to enhance its musicality. The lines vary in length and syllable count, which can disrupt the flow for the reader.

The phrase "Wetting it’s palate" is a bit unclear in its current context. If the intention is to depict the storm preparing or gearing up for something, consider revising for clarity.

The last line, "Roaring frantically for its misbehaving snow," is an interesting use of personification, attributing human-like qualities to the storm. However, the concept of "misbehaving snow" might need further elaboration or context to fully resonate with readers.

Lastly, consider using more sensory details to further immerse the reader in the scene. While the visual aspect of the storm is well-portrayed, incorporating other senses such as sound, touch, or even taste can create a more immersive experience for the reader.

Hello, Tawny,
I like the sequence and the quick build up of the snowstorm. Very nice!
Thank you!
