Fictional aura

stopped
leaning on the wall
the whole street looks
different
the sun is brighter
I never lean
smoke a cigarette
the battered chrome
lighter rasps open
take a drag staring
off into the clouds
while traffic rolls
past..see the faces
staring out...

feel like I was coasting
rolled to a stop

I remember this feeling well
just breathe in..enoy the moment
under the shade of the overhang
the anonymous minute
between this and that
sorting through the bric a brac
putting up the plot
with thumb tacks
tying it together with
highways of string

like I like to turn over
my spinner
ring
cause nothing settles
like sediment
each casual wind
raises up the
blank
in the murk where
random lurk
like checking
selfies for
each given
clue
when you know
the love
is mutual
and true

aura gleaming
off the glass
the heat like
a mist
stay low stay
slow so I dont
get pissed
all the hair trigger
fingers
tightning in the
sun
sweeping like a
patrol keep
focus on the fun

halfway from
where I was
to where I will
...

Reads like someone very content with their surroundings, Regards Roscoe....

Roscoe Llane,

Religion will rip your faith off, and return
for the mask of disbelief that's left.

sure its easy to look at someone and go..
oh so narcistic and ego...
Smug..there...an old word from gone by days
but...

there is that physics
where all things can be
riven

surrounded
think
sometimes the appearance
is not just so
stalin looked pretty contented
ceos line up with psychopaths
mormon church leaders
look contented
cult leaders
dirty cops
compromised spies
informants too far
and the most loyal
like Banquo

calm water
can have and
often do have
strong currents

but then again
a man can live
a lifetime and
have nothing walk
up to him

funny think is
Ive only scratched
the surface of
whats out there
thing about that

..
I know
its incredible

U and me both!

thank U!
