cover me in the richness of soul
in highest hopes, in deepest woe
in empty darkness, in heaven's glow
filled with wonder, full of hope
cover me here and now
beneath blue skies, behind the plough
over yonder, above the clouds
beyond forever, inside the sound
cover me for it is true
love is blind, love is blue
love is fine, love is new
love is master, love is you
cover me where i roam
where mountains climb and rivers bow
where fate decides the ebb and flow
where worlds collide and love is born
cover me under words and dirt
tall tales, soft, soft whispers, songs of hurt
under broken hearts and prayers unheard
forgotten sins, the forgiving earth

It doesn’t look like you’ve entered it into any contests. I’d suggest the poem of the week but you’ve only a day or so to submit it there. If you like I’ll make sure we take a look at it but click the link to the weekly contest on the homepage and drop it in there if could please.

an excellent poem, I'm afraid that it does not meet the criteria for the monthly contest. Please go to the tab marked contest
and click on it, follow the tab down to where it says about contests. This will give you the rules for each contest. If you want to, you still have time to write something for the January contest. I would definitely put this one in the Poem of the week contest!
