The moon ran for shade
It's not so bad
but, certainly sad
to see the moon fade
running for shade
swiftly behind dark clouds.

Barbara
When I saw the title, it brought a load of pictures and thoughts to the mind, sorry but there is a need to write more on this theme, the ideas that are on your I Pad are there just to trigger a longer piece, I shall wait for the other words to this, or shall we collaborate ???
Yours as always Ian x
An edition that needs an edit:-
I shall await your rebirth,
Then you can sing to me
Melodies of lover’s dreams
As you cruise across the sky
Let me dream some more
Bathing in your glow before I die
There held in diamonds sparkle
You let lovers meet and bathe
A whisper from eternity
Where ages of touch are held
In a peace of just being close
Let me dream some more..
Yours Ian xx

barabara
if the cold moon runs after shade
what of the sun
it will run after rain
clouds will remain in pain
all and ever again
and we will be deprived of rain
simple and plain
