The Machine is Broken and its Ghosts are Here

I'm not sure what
American freedom
costs the rest of the
world. Seems like
there's always too much
blood following that convoluted trail
through to an ugly, impartial
truth. The man in the mirror
must lie to save his face.

I'm just too uncertain these days
if
capitalism is the
best that freedom can
buy.

Let the fireworks begin! Celebrate.
No one knows the fate that waits.

The machine is broken and its ghosts are here.

How true the good people of America get used by the sinister men in suits, who will stop at nothing to protect what they think is theirs by right.

Roscoe Llane,

Religion will rip your faith off, and return
for the mask of disbelief that's left.

Isn't it funny how we've been conditioned to think that capitalism is fair and it's all about who is willing to work has a ticket to success, when the fact is it's an oligarchy and bought and paid for by those already empowered.
You are absolutely correct in my view.

I've been writing lately that Americans are suffering from The Stockholm Syndrome. How else could the news be bought and sold, the Israeli lobby boo an American President, and the Koch brothers fund everything but truth?

And superpacs funding 100 million dollars at a time to influence the elections process and the movements toward theocracy and the subversion of women. I think sometimes I'm seeing the beginning of Atwood's A Handmaids Tale. Then there are the congresspeople and senators who state "our main goal is to get Obama out of office." In my mind they should concern themselves with the process of fixing the wrongs instead of being just against a single person. All I have to say is at least Bachmann and Santorum are out of the running so we don't have to worry about an outright theocracy. My answer to that would be Toronto....hehe. In all seriousness there are things being argued now that I thought were done and over, it's like we've regressed, devolved. Being from Ohio, I imagine you've heard Devo. It's not even a jokey vision I want to see come true.

Did you buy your special underwear, just in case Romney wins?

And by the way, there used to be a very brilliant idea that was embraced by the founding fathers. Separation of church and state. Good ol' Christian America. As long as women will be subjected to back alley abortions but once her babies are born, fuck 'em capitalism (and without checks and balances), democracy is a thought that no side truly *represents* (much less remembers) and we have *Citizen Corporation*, what can I say?

I cracked up at this. http://weknowmemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/so-your-moving-to-cana...

Yes I believe I've heard of separation of church and state, when was it, oh yeah, when Rick Santorum said it "made him sick". When I see Aldous Huxley and George Orwell dystopian books I read as a teen starting to come true it makes me want to start a series of fight clubs and then blow up some.....uh probably not the best thing to say out loud as everyone here may not be David Fincher or Chuck Pahluhniak fans. I can simply say it's an assload of mess in a very big corporate personhood sized ass. I don't even want to address Romney and his evil Westworld robot Jedi powers that apparently eradicate the brainstem of previously rational, intelligent people. I'll be wearing Depends undergarments (hopefully something in a low rise mesh) and wearing my special aluminum foil helmet to ward off the previously mentioned Robot jedi powers if he wins.

Oh, by all means, let's misbehave!

A great write of the truth also a cry for so many things.
Did you say in there that you were free, can't see that logic really.
It is the same as here in the UK we are strapped by what the higher monies dictate to us.
Reminds me of a great table where they feast and throw the odd crumb to those not at the table.
Our so called great Nations that's a great laugh, we have children without homes old people being robbed of their pride and made to live in poverty, Million's without work many that don't want to work thus this place is totally corrupt in it's state.
Then the other side of the way of life from Russia with love came billionaires where the hell did they come from in a Communist way of life did they save their food coupons..
I don't think there is a system on Earth that is working at this moment it is a question of which Evil is the easiest to live with.
If only we could find a proper system that would be good for all,
Yours Ian.T
