I joined in March 2007 I think the year was. I have served as a member and chair for the AEC now( AC) ... I am 50 and I am the mother of four grown children, I'm now the proud Nanny to theee grandsons. I have been writing since I was 10-11 and it was only when I joined here that I learned poetry is more than writing words on a page ... I love poetry, I love writing and editing and crafting something thats magic to me, we are the story tellers we have the duty to Chronicle the truth for the next generation and the next.. I have learnt so much from the poets here and still do to this day. The human condition. Wow so many words to write and so many poems to breathe life into.
