It appears you are rhyming ABC,ABC,ABC. In that case, the A rhymes seem to struggle. I think it would not be so hard to find better rhymes.
In S2,L1. I can offer a small change to improve that. A good rhyme would be "lies".
Try something like:
"Through understanding, we drown our lies"...not a great example, but something to think about.
