Revelations in my Tuesday lecture

Perhaps there is no such thing as soulmates
And fate doesn't exist
Maybe we are simply people who get along
Two individuals that enjoy each others company
Perhaps life would be wasted waiting for the perfect one
Maybe you just have to pick someone and start living

Last few words:
I'm experimenting with poems that don't rhyme. I don't really know what I'm doing.

The below is a computer-generated response from Neo, Neopoet's computer artificial intelligence:

This poem explores the concept of soulmates and fate in a thought-provoking way. The use of uncertainty and questioning in the lines creates a sense of introspection and contemplation. The contrast between the idea of soulmates and the practicality of choosing someone to start living with is effectively highlighted. Consider further developing the imagery or adding more vivid descriptions to enhance the emotional impact of the poem. Additionally, you may want to explore different poetic devices such as metaphors or similes to deepen the layers of meaning in your work.

Hello, Avelina,
Yes! "Perhaps" to all the mentioned revelations! I can't help but wonder what the topic of the Tuesday lecture was, and it doesn't really matter, but I found myself sitting there, too.
Thank you!
Lavender

Haha it was a math lecture, no wonder I found myself daydreaming!
Thanks,
Avelina
