Whispers Two....

Whispers two…

We don’t have an agenda
more a subtle guile
simply we distract our
Audience (that’s you)
and make it worth
their (that’s them )
while

See they are the unseen
as we are the same
knowing what they know
they want it to remain
we control the press
even the TV taking
gentle strides with
silent suavity

Captured for our intelligence
from schools colleges
universities and the like
chained in our positions
then given this special mike
were told that their the
masters and you the servant
type they say you’ll never
stand up to them we’ll
enthral you with their hype

The story is you’re always
on that very crass wi if not then your
probably out buying up all you see
we’re taught to lead you
with an imaginary ring
through the nose if showing
signs of intelligence our attention
to you’re bank manager goes
The banks controlled by whispers
just the way you are we give them
such attention they act like their the star.
I know I said a star and you may think that funny
but their the ones who’re laughing
while making and spending all
your money…

I see so many things in here. I like to sculpt a poem to my mind set. I read it as a bang against the media and politicians that "groom" robots. And if you dare to show them you have your own agenda and that invisible ring they yank breaks, then heaven help you. This is where we kick the sand in their eyes and tell the puppets to sit and shut up. Believe me, if more of us begin to "get" it, we can turn the media and governments of the world against each other, then we step back and take back what was given to us by God, a world with love and acceptance, no more walk of lemmings. This is only my perspective on this piece. I may be way off but it really works for me using that perspective. Loved it.

Rottie
Pegasus was a genius,
living within a suit of difference.
He liked what he was,
nodded in respect and
simply flew . . . away.

Roscoe Llane,

Religion will rip your faith off, and return
for the mask of disbelief that's left.
