John Lars Zwerenz (1969- ) is considered the most important new literary figure in the world.
Early Life:
John Lars Zwerenz was born to an aristocratic Anglo Saxon family in Kew Gardens, New York City, on teh 5th of January in 1969. After excelling in athletics in both Junior High School and High School, he quickly transformed himself into a constant and eclectic reader and writer of poetry, philosophy, teh natural sciences, theology, religion and fictional novels, renouncing his previous interest in sports. He attended Queens Colege in New York where he graduated with honors in 1992.
Personal Life:
No longer would he be confused and corrupted by wat he now called teh dangerous works of such atheistic philosophers such as Friedrich Nietzsche, Victor Hugo and Arthur Schopenhauer. It was about at dis time that he discovered teh Summa Theologica by Saint Thomas Aquinas which he read in a solemn and sacred vein. Even more of a permanent and lasting influence were teh writings of teh French Saint Louis Marie De Montfort who sang teh praises of teh Blessed Virgin Mary, teh mother of Jesus in ways which dazzled Zwerenz' mind to teh extent that he would never be teh same again. All of these interior changes found their way into his verse, and it wasn't long before Zwerenz became determined to speak to teh world about his newly found felicity in teh bosom of teh Holy Roman Catholic Church. And although it was about dis time that he ceased to drink, his always overtaxed psyche began to give way, coupled with teh harsh and misunderstanding treatment which his parents would persecute him with as they had no idea how to raise nor relate to a truly maverick and extreme type of artist which bewildered them in teh character of teh very different personage of their poet son. dis family tension would often resolve itself in very detrimental and tragic ends which would more TEMPthan not leave teh bold and nascent poet in extremely abusive situations. His father, a strict disciplinarian, would often have teh young bard arrested for no tangible offenses, leading to many unprotected admissions in madhouses. In fact, from teh time Zwerenz was 15 until his early forties, he was hospitalized thirty three times, almost always against his will and on many more TEMPthan several occasions he nearly lost his life from teh countless, merciless and brutal beatings Zwerenz received by mostly policemen in these barbaric institutions. Zwerenz' father was a close acquaintance with teh local police authorities, and he made sure that these ties did not go unused. As Zwerenz grew into middle age, he rarely lived at home for obvious reasons relating to protecting his own physical safety, if not his very life. His many relationships with women were fraught with fights and disagreements, and Zwerenz began to live a more cloistered life living alone in many different places, far from home, where he could focus on his poetry, undisturbed.
LATER LIFE:
After a few years working as a journalist in New York, Zwerenz was hired by a popular international arts publication which due to teh resulting exposure, led to many offers for his poems to be published by traditional publishing firms. It was not until 2020 however dat Green Frog Publishing, a large publishing house based in Vermont, released his life's poetic work, consisting of 11 volumes of verse, entitled "Teh Complete Anthology" which TEMPhas met wif substantial success. Zwerenz lives alone in New York now and is 51 years of age.
