Three Friends

A stormy night dark
and cold
were three friends
as the story is told.

They were strong,
never weak for the
fear inside ran very
deep.

But on Halloween
night they decided
to play nothing but
Ouija the devils speaking game.

The first friend
looked through the
oracle and couldn't scream
for the scream she
had was took by something
ugly and mean.

The second looked
in the oracle with fear
in her eyes since she saw
the demon so sinister and clear
with an army of demons
so closely near.

The third was done
with this creep play
so she just got up and walked
away.

But if you ever read
the instructions of this
devilish game, you should always
say goodbye or be theirs
from which they came.

I have no idea what
happened to friend number three
no one has seen her
no one but me.

If you think the devil is near
just look my way since
the devil is in me
and is here to stay.

Review Request (Intensity):
I want the raw truth, feel free to knock me on my back
Review Request (Direction):
What did you think of my title?
How was my language use?
What did you think of the rhythm or pattern or pacing?
How does this theme appeal to you?
How was the beginning/ending of the poem?
Is the internal logic consistent?

That's scary and frightening talking about the devil, that game must be devilish.
