RESOLVE

Shock anguish and deep dismay
on that bright September day.
Barbarians come to our gate:
false Islamists coerced by hate.

Twin towers turned into twin plumes,
thousands sent to fiery dooms.
people falling from the sky;
desperate choices, how to die?

Did you think that we would yield?
In Penn's Woods a cratered field
gave first hint of what was awakened,
complacency was then forsaken.

So run and hide you so called men.
We'll root you out of your dark den.
Be assured we'll not forget
we're wreaking vengeance even yet.

Style / type:
Structured: Western
Last few words:
In memory for all who died on 9-11 and since in our war against barbarians. We have not nor will we forget

'Each for the joy of the working, and each, in his separate star,
shall draw the Thing as he sees It, for the God of Things as They are.'
(Rudyard Kipling)

When mad dogs attack as those fanatics did there is little choice but to destroy them for the record shows what trying to placate them results in. Indeed their actions of the last few days show the results of the apology tour our esteemed leader went on right after his election. I'll think over your idea for the twin towers line...........stan
