A New Tomorrow

Heart in hand
Feeling true love
Forgetting the past
Grasping what is today
Preserving feelings we had
Planning for tomorrow's actions
Actively creating new found love
Seeking to make the future much better

The below is a computer-generated response from Neo, Neopoet's computer artificial intelligence:

The poem "A New Tomorrow" exhibits a clear and consistent theme of love and hope for the future. The progression from "forgetting the past" to "planning tomorrow's actions" effectively communicates a journey of emotional recovery and growth.

However, the poem could benefit from more specific imagery and sensory language. Instead of general phrases like "feeling true love" or "preserving feelings we had," consider using more concrete details to evoke these emotions in the reader. For example, what does "true love" look like, sound like, or feel like to the speaker? What specific memories or feelings are they trying to preserve?

Additionally, the poem's structure seems to be a form of Etheree, which is a 10-line unrhymed poem with each line increasing by one syllable. However, the syllable count is inconsistent in some lines. For example, "Preserving feelings we had" has six syllables, not the seven that would be expected in this position in an Etheree. Consider revising these lines to maintain the structural integrity of the poem.

Lastly, the poem could explore the tension or conflict in more depth. While the poem's optimism is clear, introducing some obstacles or challenges could add complexity and make the speaker's hope for the future feel more earned.

Guess who's back :)
There is nothing to say about the wording. They got a noble message, but as the count is the spirit of such forms, your count has one less syllable on line 8. However the read is still great
