MEMORIES

Memories are simple memoirs
at the back of our mind stored
not permanent till read
but
some feel immensely dead
when they learn
coz of dementia
memoirs are no more
the world moves on
yet none is sure

What lay in those memoirs

I believe this lines:

Memories are simple memoirs
at the back of our mind stored
not permanent till read
but
some feel immensely dead
when they learn
coz of dementia
memoirs are no more
the world moves on
yet none is sure

What lay in those memoirs

Our capacity to hold unto the events of our lives lie on the memory bank ability. Some people cannot even remember or give account of their past life due to memory loss!

The human memory is just like the life we lived is hidden some where. Such life has never gone because if we can remember them they're still fresh and alive.

A short poem yet carries a strong point.

Nice work lovely!

I agree with onyinyechi,.. but there are exercises for improving the memory capacities. Google: "memory exercises"
