for he does hammer too
without any fears
he favours none
not even you

Sir Joe hope they realize what you do, do
and make a NOBEL for you...
my best wishes go out to you

Neopoet has made out of me a

Praise is a strange thing it seeks out people and puts them in cans ready for shipping out.
This Blog could be adapted and make a good poem when the names are not included,
Yours Ian..

a poem awaiting 24 hour limit

Loved I shall abide in your words awhile.
Notice how the script in newness strives.
Keys tapped in thought surprises us all
Each word checked and rendered clean.

Written words as if spoken true
So much so our friends celebrate,
Listen to the echoes of their cheers.
Know that we love them all, the same

Some scribe, as did those of the olden days
Taught to write true with quill held aloft
These scholars of old give no favour,
Not even to those they love without thought.

Death is written by one in verse
This will stretch a veil over the others
Mists of time opens a door when time is no more.
Their words they are a glimpse of their truth

Teaching places held dear to all that need
Giving to the scribes a new way of thinking
Teaching those that would learn, many ways
Be thankful that they heed your needs

A gathering of poets true to the old ways
The company of few that teach many
We salute your knowledge, thank you
Shall we walk into the future as it is bright,

Yenti

My mind is always open, actively learning, researching and questioning. My ideas and beliefs change accordingly.
My opinions may be made of steel, the steel that can form the girder that upholds a building or an exquisite piece of jewellery.

cheers,
Jess

would you like a break
a sabbatical
make no mistake
a few hours leave I take
for more poetry to make
as I visit the wash room
the loo and get rid of my nose of flu
will that do
I ask of you...????
