Rhythm and tone and rhyming

Now I know what your thinking what or how does rhythm coincide with tone?
Well my friend rhythm is all in the syllables and tone effects the rhythm
because for example let’s say your tone is a solemn tone then your rhythm
would have to be long and slow . Now if your tone or the feeling your trying to portray
is fresh new vibrant and free then the has to also move free just a little more speed
and little more
rhyming .

i can think of a few lines in which the tone could vary from the intended rhythm but are are correct that in spoken word the two usually go hand in hand. Now the problem is how does one convey tone in written poetry?

Well you have to think
how does the poem sound
You have to carefully put together words make sure each word means something in that feeling
Like for sad you would use words that might have woe yearn
Or see how the poem make you feel or depends on what mood your in while writing because that also effects your tone

you could use punctuation lol

Well I usually just right it when it’s fresh within my mind because of my attention span one interruption and poof it’s gone . I usually write it down and add corrections to it later when I remember to.

your argument, and yes, the word sounds definitely reflect a certain mood. As you wrote "woe" has a "le miserable" sound, unless you are stopping a horse with the word "Whoa!" which of course is an entirely different text.
Your analytical approach to poetry can only benefit you as a writer.

...so like my lost dreams...the flood

well yes the way i see it.
the one rule I always follow when writing is every word has to build up to something or otherwise there would be no reason to leave it in the text .
